We bottle our spirits in authentic Mason jars, just like the gangsters did during American Prohibition. Our name is a nod to the illegally distilled "moonshine" and to Spike O'Donnell, the leader of one of Chicago's most notorious moonshine gangs.

Since 2014, the O'Donnell team, led by founders August Ullrich and Philip Morsink, has been producing exceptional spirits based on wheat brandy.

During a road trip through the USA, the two came across the fascinating story of "moonshine", the moonshine produced during the time of American Prohibition.
